"Megan - Just wanted to send you a note to let you know how wonderful our Italy trip was and to thank you for all your help (and on such short notice). I'd like to single out Luciano who worked at the desk at Hotel Mascagni in Rome and was incredibly helpful and a delight to get to know. All the arrangements went off without a hitch and we couldn't have done it without you (especially in a week). Thanks again." - F. K., April 2005
