Le Marche sits just east of Tuscany, over the Apennine Mountains. Its opposite border is the Adriatic Sea, where the well-known town of Rimini is situated. Some of Italy’s best natural attractions are located in this region, as well as some beautiful hill towns, in particular Urbino.
