Southern Italy

Southern Italy is what makes up the famous "boot" of the country. It not only offers one of the most beautiful coastlines in the world, but also an interesting history and in some areas, a chance to feel as if you have stepped back in time. The city of Naples is located here, as is the famous island of Capri and the well-known coastal towns of Positano and Amalfi. You will also find the triuli huts (cone-shaped homes) of Apulia and the Mafioso. Overall this region is a poorer and more rugged area than the rest of Italy and offers much to explore.

"Handling plans for our wedding day was enough to manage. We didn't want to deal with the added headaches that come with planning an exciting honeymoon overseas. Megan made it so easy. She provided information and arranged every detail on flights, hotels, museum and cultural events like the symphony, restaurants, night clubs - she even arranged a personal driver to escort us down the Amalfi coast. And working with Megan was like working with a friend we had known for years. Megan IS truly our Italian Concierge. We can't wait for her to plan our next trip!" - M. Krontiras, Jan. 2001
