Umbria

Umbria is one of Italy's smallest regions, sitting in the shadow of its more famous neighbor, Tuscany. It is a very green area with beautiful hill towns of its own and an expanse of history. The many Umbrian hills and mountains cast shadows over river valleys lined with chestnut groves and elm forests. This landlocked region's medieval character takes you back to the mystery of the Dark Ages.

"We had a wonderful experience in Rome. Your planning of the trip made it stress free for us. I don't think there is anything I would have changed about the trip.. I'll certainly pass your name onto anyone that I know who travels to Italy!" - Susan W., May 2008
